With a passion for all things health and wellness, Mila loves nourishing the mind, body and soul through movement, meditation, self-study and care. My Kynd World was created as a platform to share all of these things.
Yoga is the powerful physical practice that provides the space to still the mind and come into the present moment.
Mila’s classes combine movement with breath through flows that allow people to dive deeper inside themselves. Classes range from creative and powerful vinyasa sequences, to restorative postures. Her classes aim to bring people into the present and leave with a sense of joy and inner peace.
