My Kynd Recipe 07
This recipe is a favourite when I’m looking for a quick, hearty dinner. Delicious, easy to make and protein packed.
Green goodness pasta recipe:
Natural cashews (soaked with vegetable stock)
Pepitas
Hemp seeds
Spinach
Basil
Garlic
Lemon
Nutritional yeast
Salt & pepper
Pasta of your choice
Instructions:
Soak cashews in boiling water with vegetable stock (water should just cover your amount of cashews)
Add cashews and stock into a blender with all other ingredients
Boil pasta and save pasta water
Pour sauce over cooked pasta and add pasta water as needed
Stir, serve and enjoy!
Note:
I always measure this by eye for how many serves I want to make, and what ingredients I have on hand!
