My Kynd Recipe 07

This recipe is a favourite when I’m looking for a quick, hearty dinner. Delicious, easy to make and protein packed.

Green goodness pasta recipe:

  • Natural cashews (soaked with vegetable stock)

  • Pepitas

  • Hemp seeds

  • Spinach

  • Basil

  • Garlic

  • Lemon

  • Nutritional yeast

  • Salt & pepper

  • Pasta of your choice

Instructions:

  • Soak cashews in boiling water with vegetable stock (water should just cover your amount of cashews)

  • Add cashews and stock into a blender with all other ingredients

  • Boil pasta and save pasta water

  • Pour sauce over cooked pasta and add pasta water as needed

  • Stir, serve and enjoy!

Note:

  • I always measure this by eye for how many serves I want to make, and what ingredients I have on hand!
