These cookies are so easy to make and are the perfect sweet treat!
VEGAN | GLUTEN FREE | HIGH PROTEIN
Chocolate chip cookie recipe:
Ingredients -
1 can chickpeas (400g)
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
Chocolate chips (measured by your heart)
Instructions -
Drain and rinse chickpeas
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender (except chocolate chips)
Blend until smooth
Mix in chocolate chips
Bake at 180° for approx. 25 mins
Tips -
I try to source organic ingredients from Woolworths (Macro Range) and from Go Vita
I use the Noshu Sugar Free chocolate baking chips (found in Woolworths and Coles)
