My Kynd Recipe 05
Homemade pumpkin soup always tastes so much better! It’s fresh, healthy and you know exactly what’s in it.
A warm meal perfect for cooler months and when I want a strong immunity boost.
Pumpkin Soup Ingredients:
Pumpkin
Carrot
Garlic
Ginger
Onion
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
Tumeric
Manuka honey
Vegetable broth (I love the Nutra organics one)
Plant-based milk (I use almond)
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Roast pumpkin, carrot, ginger and garlic with spices
Fry onion in pan until brown
Add vegetable broth to pan and simmer
Add all ingredients to a blender (roasted veg and onion/broth mix)
Blend until your preferred consistency
Option to serve with sourdough.
