My Kynd Recipe 02
This is hands down my favourite meal to make at home. It’s a Sunday night ritual!
Crumbed Cauliflower Recipe:
Ingredients -
Cauliflower
Flour
Plant-based milk (I use coconut)
Breadcrumbs (herb & garlic are my fave)
Instructions -
Wash and cut cauliflower into small pieces
Bowl 1 - mix flour and plant-based milk until thin coating consistency
Bowl 2 - add breadcrumbs
Coat cauliflower in bowl 1, then transfer to bowl 2
Add crumbed cauliflower to a lined baking tray
Put in oven and cook until soft in the middle (180 degrees, approx. 40 minutes depending on size)
Remove from oven and fry with oil in pan to make them extra crispy
Serve with dip/sauce/gravy of choice.
