My Kynd Recipe 02

This is hands down my favourite meal to make at home. It’s a Sunday night ritual!

Crumbed Cauliflower Recipe:

Ingredients -

  • Cauliflower

  • Flour

  • Plant-based milk (I use coconut)

  • Breadcrumbs (herb & garlic are my fave)

Instructions -

  • Wash and cut cauliflower into small pieces

  • Bowl 1 - mix flour and plant-based milk until thin coating consistency

  • Bowl 2 - add breadcrumbs

  • Coat cauliflower in bowl 1, then transfer to bowl 2

  • Add crumbed cauliflower to a lined baking tray

  • Put in oven and cook until soft in the middle (180 degrees, approx. 40 minutes depending on size)

  • Remove from oven and fry with oil in pan to make them extra crispy

Serve with dip/sauce/gravy of choice.
